WHO IS THE CAKE DUDE?
Head baker & confectioner, Chef Dave Ingram, graduated from The Art Institute with degrees in both Baking & Pastry and Culinary Arts Management. He has been a part of the management team at multiple restaurants throughout his career. Dave has participated in the Music City Food & Wine festival for several years, working alongside celebrity chefs like Trisha Yearwood and Andrew Zimmern as part of their event kitchen teams. Now, Dave is the Level 1 Culinary Arts teacher for a local high school, which allows him to teach foundational skills and share his love of baking and cooking with the chefs of tomorrow.
